How to become
an all-rounded
MMA fighter
Train based on your needs, strengths, weaknesses, injuries, priorities, and personal preferences. Not by following a template.

DOLKK gives athletes training schedules tailored to their training phase. These are Off-Camp and Fight-Camp.
Based on UFC Performance Institute's all-year training methodology, you can create your own training plans and focus on training.
