DOLKK ("DOLKK", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted training app for combat-sports athletes. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using DOLKK you agree to this policy.

Information you provide

• Account: your email address, used to sign in and secure your account.
• Profile: date of birth, gender, height, current and goal weight, training phase, and time zone — used to program training safely.
• Training schedule: the sessions you add.
• Journals: the text you write. Voice notes are transcribed to text on your device; we store the resulting text.
• Skill ratings: your self-assessments across the skill matrix.

How we use it

We use your data solely to generate and adapt your personalized training plans, to operate your account, and to provide support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

To build and update plans, we send training context — your schedule, skill ratings, profile fields, and structured summaries derived from your journals — to our AI provider, Moonshot AI (the Kimi model), which processes it to produce a plan. We do not send your raw journal text; only the extracted training signals and short summaries.

Service providers

• Moonshot AI (Kimi): plan generation and journal analysis.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription status. Apple processes the actual payment; we never receive your card details.
• Apple: App Store purchases and delivery.
• Hosting: our own servers, where your account, profile, schedule, and journals are stored.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We restrict access to your data to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

DOLKK provides general training guidance, not medical advice. See our Terms of Use for important health and liability information.

Children

DOLKK is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International users

Your data may be processed on servers and by providers located outside your country. We rely on these providers to handle data securely.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
