DOLKK is a training app for combat-sports athletes. It holds a training schedule, a log, and the plans built from them. This page says what we keep, why we keep it, who else sees it, and how to make it all go away.

Who we are

DOLKK is operated by Lilanka Pathirage. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Your account. You sign in with Apple or with Google. We receive an account identifier and an email address. We never see or store a password, and we do not ask for one.
• Your profile. Name, and optionally date of birth, gender, current and goal weight, training phase and time zone. These shape the plan; leaving them blank makes the plan less specific, not unavailable.
• Your training. The sessions you schedule, what you call them, when they are, and what you say each one is for.
• Your log. The text of what you write after training, and the structured signals drawn out of it (for example: an area of soreness, a level of fatigue).
• Your skills and library. Self-assessed skill ratings, and any resources you save or upload.
• Your subscription status. Which plan you are on and whether it is active.

We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or your photo library. There are no third-party trackers on this site or in the app.

Voice notes stay on your device

You can dictate a log entry or a session note instead of typing. That speech is transcribed on your iPhone, by the operating system, and the recording is never uploaded. Only the resulting text is sent, and only when you save the entry. Microphone access is requested the first time you choose to dictate, and used at no other time.

Who else sees your data

• Moonshot AI (Kimi). DOLKK's plans and log analysis are produced by a large language model operated by Moonshot AI. When you use an AI feature, the relevant material is sent there to be processed: your schedule and profile for a plan, the text of a log entry when that entry is analysed, and the description of your training week when you set one up by saying it aloud. Plan generation itself receives only the extracted signals, never your raw log text.
• RevenueCat. Handles subscription state. It receives a pseudonymous identifier and purchase information, not your training data.
• Apple. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store. We never see your card details.

Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

When the model is used

Plan generation, plan updates, log analysis and session understanding are all part of the Premium subscription, and they run for every subscriber — including during the three-day free trial, which is the same subscription with nothing charged for it yet.

One of these happens before anything else. When you set up your training week by describing it — "MMA Monday and Wednesday, 7 to 9" — that description is sent to Moonshot AI to be turned into sessions. It happens when you ask for it, on what you typed or dictated, and nowhere else. You can skip it entirely and add sessions by hand instead.

Where your data lives

On servers we run in Germany, operated by Hetzner. Traffic between the app and those servers is encrypted in transit.

How long we keep it

Your training data is kept while your account exists, because a training log is only useful over time. When you delete your account it is deleted with it — see below.

Deleting your account

Open Profile → Delete account in the app. This removes your profile, sessions, plans, log entries and the signals extracted from them, and erases your sign-in identity. It happens immediately and it cannot be undone. You do not have to email anyone to do it, and we do not keep a copy for analytics.

If you would rather not use the app to do it, write to [email protected] and we will delete the account for you.

Your rights

You can access and correct your profile in the app at any time, and delete everything as described above. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you further rights over your personal data — access, portability, objection — write to us and we will honour them.

Children

DOLKK is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app before it takes effect.
