Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DOLKK ("DOLKK," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our websites, mobile apps, training-plan services, AI-assisted features, and related services (the "Service").

1. Important Fitness And Health Notice

DOLKK is a fitness and combat-sports training planning product. We are not a doctor, medical provider, physical therapist, dietitian, emergency service, or licensed healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. You should consult a qualified professional before starting or changing training, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, disability, pregnancy, heart condition, concussion history, eating disorder, or other health concern.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate the Service.

  • Account information: name, email address, password authentication data, sign-in provider, device name, API token, and account settings.
  • Profile and training information: age, sex, height, weight, goal weight, training phase, skill ratings, schedule, sessions, plans, completion status, logs, notes, soreness, fatigue, injuries you choose to enter, library resources, and training preferences.
  • Voice log information: if you use voice logs, your device may process speech to produce text. For higher-accuracy transcription, temporary audio may be sent to a speech-recognition provider, but we intend to save the resulting text, not the raw audio, unless we clearly tell you otherwise. Speech recognition may also be processed by your device operating system or speech-recognition provider according to their settings and policies.
  • AI processing information: we may send relevant account, schedule, training log, skill, library, and plan context to AI service providers so they can classify logs, generate recommendations, create training plans, or improve plan updates for your account.
  • Payment and subscription information: plan, billing cycle, subscription status, trial status, renewal period, and payment processor identifiers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, device type, app version, browser, operating system, server logs, security events, crash/error information, approximate location derived from IP address, and feature usage.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses, emails, and messages you send us.

3. How We Use Information

4. Sensitive Information

Some information you choose to enter may be sensitive, including health-adjacent training information, injury notes, body metrics, sex, weight, performance notes, and combat-sports observations. Do not enter information you do not want processed by the Service. We use this information to provide the Service and do not sell it. We also do not knowingly use sensitive information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Legal Bases For Certain Regions

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and protection of vital interests. For sensitive information that requires explicit consent, your choice to provide the information and use the relevant feature may serve as consent where permitted, and you may withdraw consent by deleting the information or contacting us.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, and protect our rights.

  • Service providers: hosting, storage, databases, analytics, logging, payments, email, customer support, security, and AI processing providers.
  • Payment platforms: Apple, Stripe, or other payment processors may process payments and subscriptions under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • AI providers: relevant training context may be processed by AI providers to generate outputs for your account.
  • Legal and safety: regulators, courts, law enforcement, advisors, insurers, or others when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws, unless we clearly disclose otherwise and provide required choices.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain backups. Training logs, plans, schedules, and profile information are generally retained while your account is active unless you delete them or request deletion, subject to legal and technical retention limits.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your devices, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.

9. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, restrict, or withdraw consent for certain processing. California and other U.S. state residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

You can update some information in your account. To request access, correction, deletion, portability, or other rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under the age of majority in their location may use the Service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child provided information without proper consent, contact us.

11. International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Data Breaches

If we discover a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and notify affected users, regulators, or others where required by applicable law. Health and fitness apps may be subject to special breach-notification rules in some jurisdictions.

13. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice or updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means the updated policy applies.
