These Terms govern your use of the DOLKK app and website ("DOLKK"). By using DOLKK you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use DOLKK.

The service

DOLKK is an AI-assisted tool that generates and adapts training plans for combat-sports athletes based on the information you provide.

Health & safety disclaimer

DOLKK provides general fitness and training information and is not medical advice. Training combat sports carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a qualified physician before starting any training program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You train at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOLKK is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the plans or the app. Always defer to your coaches and your own judgment.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse DOLKK: no reverse engineering, no attempts to disrupt or access the service without authorization, and no unlawful use.

Intellectual property

DOLKK and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Your data remains yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

DOLKK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using DOLKK at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
